I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, things that are out of my control can cause hair color to process differently than expected; a hair cut can style differently when you get home; amongst numerous other scenarios. I do ask that you contact me anytime within 7 days of your service if you are unhappy and allow me to try and correct the problem.

cancellation &
"no show"

Please allow at least 24 hours for all cancellations.  A "no-show" appointment, cancellations, or reschedules that are less than 24 hours are subject to incur a $25 fee and may require a non-refundable retainer deposit for all future appointments.
