Becoming a hairstylist was always a dream of mine from the moment I watched as Dolly Parton and Sally Field showed us all that a friend can change your hair and your life in “Steel Magnolias”.  It has always come natural to me to educate and inspire, making it no surprise that I spent six years as a preschool teacher before taking a complete shift in careers and went back to school to become a hairstylist.

Keeping up with the latest trends by tuning into what my clients love or desire with the best kept secrets for hair, has my chair full and my clients coming back.  While highlights and low-lights are my jam, I can also add some hand-tied hair extensions to the woman wanting to add length and volume to her life.  It is nothing less than an honor when my clients invite me to style their hair for a special milestone in their lives.

Outside of the salon, you can catch me at the football field cheering on my favorite offensive lineman, throwing my hands up along with my best little cheerleader, high-fiving my little soccer player, or meeting up with my Campbell freshman for coffee.  I completely understand the difficulties of keeping a balanced life, so I strive to make life just as simplified for my guests. A wife to my best friend, mom of four amazing kids from ages 5-18 years old, and living on a 22 acre, small farm-ette in the outer parts of Lillington, there is never a dull moment in my day.  I am a Maryland native for most of my life, (All the Old Bay please!) but have lived in North Carolina long enough to feel included in all of the small-town connections. So whether you love kids, cows, or Jesus, or completely rely on Amazon Prime and grocery delivery to keep your life in order, I can almost guarantee we will have something in common to laugh about over coffee.
